I've been a full time Destin resident for 12 years and joined Coldwell Banker in early 2009. My focus is on real estate listings and sales in Destin, Miramar Beach and Santa Rosa Beach (30A) areas. Whether buying or selling, I can assist you with the highest level of professionalism. My sales and marketing skills are second to none. Prior to my real estate career, I had 20+ years of proven sales and management experience as a mortgage banker. My husband and I started HomeSouth Mortgage in Atlanta with only 2 employees and built it to 9 offices and 150 employees before selling. My experience working with buyers, sellers, Realtors, builders, lenders, title companies and closing attorneys will allow me to guide you through the process of buying or selling with ease. I have a strong work ethic with an eye for detail and will provide the highest level of customer service. I am confident in saying that no one works harder or smarter on behalf of their clients.
