Her definition of success stems from helping her clients achieve their real estate goals - their most desired result is her objective, whether it be to sell their home for the highest profit obtainable, or to land the perfect new place with ease and finesse. Lisa consults with each client based on their individual needs and strives to create assurance throughout the process. As a 2nd generation Miamian, Lisa benefits from an unsurpassed knowledge of the local market - enabling her to instinctively match clients with their ideal properties. She brings a deep knowledge of the Greater Miami area and its history, allowing her to assist and educate her clients like only a native can. "I've had many instances where buyers have reached out to me about a particular community, while not yet knowing other areas. Based on our consultation, I'm able to help them explore options they had not considered."

Lisa takes great pleasure in being able to share her city with clients both of domestic and international backgrounds. She is a fluent Spanish speaker and has lived abroad. She has earned the designation of "Certified International Property Specialist." Local areas of specialty include but are not limited to: Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Brickell, The Falls/East Kendall, Doral, Cutler Bay, Edgewater, Miami Beach, Miami Shores, Doral, and Aventura.

Prior to Real Estate, Lisa was in corporate sales with S.C. Johnson Wax and Johnson Professional, managing high volume accounts and distributors across South Florida and the Caribbean. She graduated with a B.A. in Economics at University of Florida, and later earned a diploma in Residential Design from the Art Institute, as the summa cum laude graduate and winner of “Best Portfolio” of her class. So, in addition to business acumen and innate negotiating skills, Lisa also calls on her design background to help clients enhance the appeal of their properties prior to listing. She has a trustworthy network of professionals and resources to call upon and share with her clients to help add value and build equity.

When not traversing the city, Lisa enjoys yoga, cycling, and running, and loves everything creative, art and music. She is a past President of her fraternal alumna chapter and a past President of a local BNI networking chapter. She is a graduate of "Leadership Miami" with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and continues to stay involved in the local community. Lisa is a member of the prestigious “Master Broker’s Forum”, an invitation only group of Miami’s top real estate agents.

Community

Coldwell Banker Realty has an organization known as Coldwell Banker CARES. Since 2001, Coldwell Banker Realty CARES has donated over $2 million to a wide array of non-profit educational, health, welfare, environmental and cultural arts organizations. Since 2003, CB Cares sponsored 14 Habitat for Humanity homes statewide, with several more in progress. This initiative continues to position Coldwell Banker as a leader in support of this truly worthwhile organization.
