Born in the Dominican Republic, and raised in New York City, Ilbania brings both diversity and determination to get the job done! She is described as a focused professional whom loves the challenges of tough negotiations and being able to give back to the community.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent Ilbania studied Business Administration in college. Shortly after she retained her Mortgage Broker License and began her career in Real Estate in 2004. While working as a Mortgage Broker, Ilbania saw the opportunity to assist her clients even further. This led Ilbania to retain her real estate license and become the Broker Associate that she is today.

Ilbania is a successful real estate broker in Florida with her team members serving Florida state.  Working through Coldwell Banker Realty to expand her real estate team into other cities around the country. Ilbania has proven to be a top resource for her clients and agents around the world and has coached hundreds of agents on the real estate industry.

Ilbania prides himself on loyal relationships. Relationships with local agents for constant updates on what properties are new to the market, unlisted properties, and seller property marketing as well.
