Cate served for six years as the Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce in South Windsor before making the leap into real estate. Previous to that, she worked in sales and marketing, booking hundreds of thousands of dollars in contracts for a major hotel chain. Cate also was successful in developing leads that led to large dollars in new client revenue and doubling sales for a major radio network.

Community Involvement

Although she loves to travel internationally and in the US, Cate also loves to be a part of the everyday happenings in her local community. Her passion for the towns in which she lives and works flows into all areas of her life.

In addition to handling transactions for condominiums and houses in Connecticut, she has purchased and sold properties in Massachusetts, Virginia, and Tennessee.
