Connecticut is my home!

I have lived in several beautiful towns before my husband and I found our dream home in Newtown 28 years ago. We bought a heavily wooded property and had a vision. We put in many weekends and evenings to create our small farm which has been home to our children, horses and dogs.

Before becoming a realtor, I enjoyed a career as a first grade teacher and Reading Specialist. Giving children the gift of reading was rewarding and fulfilling in that I made every student a priority to ensure they grew as readers. Seeing the growth was a gift. Seeing the understanding was crucial. As a real estate agent I make a point of carrying this same mission through to my clients. My goal is to treat each client as a priority, making their experience positive and rewarding. I enjoy guiding clients through the process of buying or selling a home and educating in each step.

When I am not helping clients I can be found riding my horse, in the barn, or volunteering for organizations that are near and dear to my heart. Some of these are the Newtown Bridle Lands Association, Newtown Strong Therapy Dogs and TLC Sweet Souls Dog Rescue. I also enjoy hiking, going to the beach, traveling, gardening, and vegetarian cooking.
