Business Philosophy

Buying real estate is a completely individual experience.  Knowing the goals, desires and objectives of every client is a real estate professional’s first order of business, and fulfilling those goals, desires and objectives the second.

Elayne believes in the unique, personal nature of real estate transactions, and the special relationships forged in the process. Knowing the market, the inventory and doing the due diligence are a professional’s duty to meet their clients’ needs.

Background

Elayne has lived in Fairfield County since 1992. Prior to entering real estate Elayne practiced law and worked as a legal journalist.  Her legal background has honed her outstanding negotiating and research skills.  She has a hook on getting into a new listing first before other buyers.  Her passion is all about finding the right home for you. 

As the mother of two adult children on the autistic spectrum, Elayne is very involved in the special needs community in Fairfield County.  A former head coach for Special Olympics skiing, Elayne is certified as an adaptive ski instructor by the Professional Ski Instructors of America, and has taught skiing for over 19 years in Mount Sunapee, NH where she has worked with children, adults and veterans with both cognitive and physical disabilities.
