Sarah Margaret Heppe, better known to her friends and clients as Maggie, has more than 20 years of experience in sales, customer service, high-level leadership, project management, and negotiation and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Resort and Hospitality Management. Maggie was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She then spent many years in the high-paced corporate world of Miami, Florida. Maggie moved to Colorado with her husband Matthew over 12 years ago and has raised her two daughters in this beautiful state. She currently owns investment and residential properties in Colorado and the US Virgin Islands and understands the work/life balance that is important for anyone that wants a fulfilling life. She is experienced in owning and operating both residential and investment properties throughout the United States, and loves to sit and talk with others about buying real estate investment properties and how to operate them to make impressive passive income. Maggie’s real passion is finding the perfect home, for any situation, where memories can be made for years. Maggie and her husband Matt, who also is a Coldwell Banker agent, spend their free time snowboarding in Colorado, snorkeling on the beautiful beaches of the Virgin Islands, watching their daughters play soccer, and basketball, and also performing in the local school orchestra of Evergreen, Colorado. They are also part owners of a very popular restaurant in Dillon, Colorado, which hosts live music and is a popular local and tourist destination to grab drinks and dinner after a long day on the ski slopes or following a concert at the local amphitheater.
