Having lived in Colorado for 10 years, I am familiar with the various neighborhoods and communities in Parker as well as the surrounding counties. My two children attend school in the area and so becoming actively involved in the community and with the school district is a necessity.

In the past year, I have spent more than 200 hours training, learning and refining my craft so that I can better serve you and future clients.  I am a qualified Realtor and professional member of the South Metro Denver Realtor Association.  I am a firm believer not only in my education, but also in empowering my clients with knowledge to keep them informed through their entire real estate process.

Earning a Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University as well as receiving a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from Chapman University in Orange, California has given me both the intuitive and logical tools to understand what motivates people.

Combined with the educational background, I have over twenty years of experience serving clients, educating, counseling and advocating for the needs of others. I also have experience in finance, marketing, and internet lead generation, and sales.  My education and range of skills have taught me the ability to actively listen and understand the needs of my clients, as well as to use the latest technology and marketing tools to create more efficiency in the real estate process.

Additionally, I have an eye for creative design and ability to see the potential in homes. Having personally bought, sold and renovated several properties, as well as through helping friends and families with redesigning their own spaces, I have gained additional experience and a greater appreciation for the real estate process.  I understand what it takes to make a house into a home and I genuinely love helping others realize the potential that every house can offer with the right touch.
