Boasting decades of experience in real estate and deep roots in both California and Montana, Kirstin excels in navigating the complicated terrain of development, investment acquisition, property management, first home purchases, foreclosures, and more. Recognizing the importance of community, through her brokerage, Team Tahoe, Kirstin has consistently donated for over a decade to the Tahoe Truckee Community Foundation with each transaction closed on behalf of each client involved in a transaction.

Currently, Kirstin splits her time between North Lake Tahoe and Truckee, and the Western Slopes of Montana where she also has an active real estate team and practice. When she is not with clients, Kirstin enjoys spending time playing outdoors with her young family of four. The family can often be found adventuring in the mountains from trail running and skiing, to horseback riding and practicing with the soccer team, where Kirstin is a volunteer coach.

Pilar Zolezzi

Pilar Zolezzi has been assisting buyers, sellers, and developers in North Lake Tahoe since 2011. With her past experience practicing contractual and partnership law abroad, Pilar is an expert contract negotiator.

For a decade, Pilar has been fortunate to call North Lake Tahoe home. Originally from Buenos Aires, she fell in love with Tahoe during a ski trip, and continues to enjoy her life in the mountains, always seeking fun adventures from climbing and biking to golfing and paddleboarding Tahoe’s alpine lakes.
