I’d like to introduce myself and extend my professional real estate services to you. My name is Dave, and I am not just a Realtor, but a professional with nearly three decades of experience in the
housing industry, including a significant tenure as a builder. Having constructed and remodeled various properties from houses to luxury high-rise interiors, I am quite familiar with the intricate
details that go into the making of a home. My journey in Truckee began over a decade ago when I managed a new condominium project, where my duties included handing over the finished product
to buyers and conducting walkthroughs. The experience was eye-opening, revealing that many agents lacked fundamental knowledge about home construction and their associated systems.
This realization steered me towards a new direction: becoming a real estate agent with a unique, builder’s perspective. As a Realtor, I am proud to leverage my vast experience built from
the ground up — quite literally. Beyond just building homes, my repertoire includes contract negotiation, project management, timeline management, conflict resolution, and more. These
competencies equip me with a distinct edge in the real estate market, and my primary goal is to be the finest representative a home buyer or seller could hope for.
Outside of my professional life, I am a dedicated family man living in Truckee full time, and a committed member of this wonderful community. I serve as a Planning Commissioner and sit on the Board of Directors for the Contractors Association of Truckee Tahoe, a nonprofit organization.
