Vicky and Dean represent clients in the neighborhood they’ve lived in for 17 years. Fluent in both English and Tagalog, Vicky grew up in San Jose and is well versed in the area’s neighborhoods, schools and amenities. As a former architectural interior designer, she has a well-developed artistic eye and spatial aptitude that help buyers envision the potential of a home and sellers prepare their home for listing. Dean’s engineering and project management experience empower him to understand a client’s goals and deliver results on time and within budget. He manages the transaction process with an eye on the details and schedule, tapping into his well-honed analytic skills.

Vicky holds a BFA in Visual Arts from UC Berkeley. Following her sincere desire to serve, she was a missionary in the Philippines for two years after she graduated. Dean holds a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly S.L.O. and San Jose State, respectively. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and licensed engineer (PE).
