I have lived in San Francisco most of my life since I immigrated at age 5 from Hong Kong with my parents and siblings in the 1960’s.

As a second generation realtor, I worked with my father in his real estate office in the Richmond District of San Francisco in the 1970’s.

However, I took a detour from real estate and attended and graduated with a BS degree in Accounting from SF State University. And then, I went on to work for the Federal Government and the SFUSD as an auditor and accountant.

But, now retired from government service, I am focusing on real estate.

I am married with 2 sons, one 28 and the other 20, attending UCSD and planning to attend medical school.
