Licensed in Real Estate in California since 1972. Full time sales and management experience.Qualified to work with all types of residential properties including multiple units, apartment buildings and 1031 tax deferred exchange. As a Broker Associate I have been through Buyer's Markets and Seller's Markets. Experience plus continuing education enables me to assist with the challenges faced in dealing with ever changing market conditions including REOs and Short Sales.

Personal Background
A product of a Midwestern upbringing I became a longtime resident of Sacramento where I raised four children and now enjoy my three grandchildren.Spare time finds me curled up with a book, gardening or cooking for family and friends. I especially enjoy hiking along the American River Trails and in the nearby Sierra Mountains. Vacations for me usually include a good amount of trail walking enjoying what nature offers.
