Bryce has applied his nearly 30 years of experience as a health care advocate at the State Capitol to his real estate practice. He has a passion for tirelessly representing his clients based on a foundation of trustworthiness, relationship building and dedication to problem solving. His mantra in real estate is “Trust, Hustle, Buy, Sell.”

Bryce started buying Sacramento real estate in his 20s and has owned homes in Natomas, Land Park, and Del Paso Manor. Bryce has also owned commercial real estate in Downtown Sacramento and is a local restaurateur.

Having bought residential and commercial real estate without an agent and before obtaining his real estate license, Bryce uniquely understands the attention to detail necessary to ensure your real estate investment is secure and worry free.

In his free time, Bryce enjoys traveling and live entertainment from the Sacramento Kings to concerts and comedians at the Golden One Center to the Broadway Series at the Sacramento Community Theater. He is also an avid InstaPhysique squad member and can be seen taking long walks throughout Arden Oaks.

Bryce currently resides in Sacramento with his wife Natalie.
