Bringing a professional background in finance, marketing and management to her role as “realtor par excellence,” Sheila Ivary Marsh is a standout. From day one, she becomes her clients’ advocate, mentor and advisor as she listens, puts together a plan of action and works to achieve desired results.  A native Southern Californian, Sheila has lived and worked in Newport Beach and Laguna Beach for more than 20 years.  She utilizes all the latest tools and techniques as a Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Realtor to stay current on market trends and shifts.  She knows the turf; she knows the business.  And, most importantly, she leads her buyers and sellers to successful closings.

She is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach and owned a public accounting firm for more than a decade.  She was also Chief Financial Officer for an Irvine-based marketing company, recipient of prestigious business awards, past President of “Women in Business,” and has served on the Boards of the National Association of Business Owners (NAWBO) and Friendship Shelter in Laguna Beach.  Sheila currently serves on the Board of Directors of University Synagogue.
