Sawsan Saba, a full-time sales associate with the Newport Beach Fashion Island office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, has a wealth of international experience in both real estate and the travel business.  Sawsan began her award-winning real estate career with Coldwell Banker in Dubai (UAE) where she was promoted to a senior real estate consultant and team leader. Most recently, before relocating to Orange County, Sawsan was affiliated with a renowned developer of luxury commercial, residential, retail and hotel properties, where she achieved sales worth in excess of $200 million. In recognition of her tremendous leadership and organizational skills, she was promoted from sales manager to assistant vice president, and played a critical role in launching major events.
