Keith D. Green is a business executive who has enjoyed more than 26 years in planning, identifying, acquiring and disposing commercial real estate with local and multi-national companies such as; Countrywide Home Loans, Toyota Motor Company, Eastman Kodak, American Express and numerous institutional developers such as CALPERS, Equitable Real Estate, Arden Realty, Kilroy Realty, Weingart Foundation and many others.
Mr. Green's experience includes strategic planning and implementation of Corporate Headquarter buildings, regional offices, retail branches, lease/option scenarios, build-to-suits and all analytical calculations and marketing materials for institutional-grade office developments. Between 1985 and present, he has been involved in excess of 5,500,000 square feet being leased or sold and hundreds of acres under his control. Most notably, guiding the marketing and leasing of the Trillium, a 1,000,000 square foot development to prominence as the premier office site in the San Fernando Valley.
He has managed numerous brokers, support staff, created budgets, hired/fired employees, written the Commercial Real Estate Training Manual (200 pages) for his previous company which employed 150 brokers, and has been the featured/keynote speaker to several symposiums.
He has been integral in the purchase and disposition of +/- 400 single-family REO's for a non-reporting, public company and served as advisor to the board of directors for this entity.
Keith resides in Laguna Hills with his wife, Barbara and their three children, Vanessa, Brandon and Julia and attends Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, CA.

Keith has completed over 4.5 million square feet of office leasing/sales over the past 26 years, primarily focused on institutional grade properties. Experienced in landlord and tenant representation from pre-development marketing to corporate strategic planning for Headquarter properties.

Personal Background
Active member of Saddleback Church, served on several boards within church organizations, served on several boards at Mission Viejo Country Club, numerous committees at Saddleback Valley Christian School, serves as an advisor to the Board of Directors for a non-trading, public real estate company, coaches club volleyball.
