Erika, is a Real Estate Broker and Newport Beach local. She has been in the real estate industry for almost twenty years and has owned two successful real estate franchises and has helped her clients in the purchase and sale of residential real estate and multifamily units. 

Erika is known for her integrity and professionalism by her colleagues and clients alike.  Because of her rapport, clients trust her and confidently refer, which is why eighty percent of Erika’s business is generated by repeat clients and referrals. 

Work ethic, dedication, and knowledge are not the only contributing factors to Erika’s success. Outside of real estate, Erika is a certified Yoga Instructor and enjoys hiking local trails and paddle boarding. Erika loves the ocean and you can often find her oceanside with her dog Sheldon walking, reading and writing.  Erika is also the proud mother of two adult children.  Her daughter, Sarah is a local middle school teacher and her son, Jose is a professional basketball player overseas.
