More about Julie Scripps

Julie has a style all of her own. Her passion for real estate and renovation was sparked at an early age through her family’s local real estate development and property management business. She grew up in southern Marin, lived as a young professional in San Francisco, and has called Sausalito home since 2014.

Julie has a firsthand, local’s understanding of Marin County living. She attended Marin Country Day School, Marin Catholic High School, rode horses competitively and competed in soccer and basketball through local leagues. She graduated from Brown University where she majored in Commerce Organizations and Entrepreneurship with a focus in Leadership and played 4 years of Division 1 soccer. Post college she played semiprofessionally on both coasts and is in her 9th year with the Olympic Club in San Francisco where she has served as the team Commissioner for the past four.

Through her personal experience and as a mother, Julie knows how special it is to grow up and live in Marin and is passionate to help her clients buy, invest and sell in Marin or San Francisco. Julie effortlessly distills a lifetime of personal interest and professional experience in real estate into mapping out and tracking down each client's ideal opportunity.

When she is not working, Julie can be found with her husband Nathan and son Taylor enjoying the natural beauty of Sausalito on the hiking trails, out on their paddle boards, playing Olympic Club soccer, traveling in their vintage Airstream, or walking their Irish Wolfhound, Arthur, through the neighborhood.
