Professionally, he brings with him more than thirty years of experience of meticulous research and patience, as a tenured professor of computer science still teaching in Colorado, and more than a hundred scientific papers published alongside graduate and undergraduate students to his credit. He is also a certified CorePower Level one Yoga teacher, and deeply aware of the delicate dance of energy, emotions, form, & function that can make us feel at home in a beautiful space.

Personally, Dr. Semwal, who goes by “Sam”, has always loved real estate and what it means to not just have a house, but to make it a home. He sold his starter home with his family in the early 2000’s, and, purchased two luxury lots of land in the beautiful Pike’s Peak Mountain resort community of Broadmoor, Colorado. He then built on one of those lots, and today is a star host of a luxurious and professionally managed 3BR retreat listed (and often fully booked!) on AirBnB™.
