After completing my College education in Bologna (Italy) in 2004, I pursued a career in Structural 
Engineering and construction site management until 2016, when I moved to the US. I then decided 
to commit to a career in Real Estate, passed my state exam in Sept. 2018, and have been awarded 
as Top Producing Agent in both of my first two years as a full-time agent. 
During this time, I had the privilege of assisting both sellers and buyers, with a track record of:

• 50% of Sellers transactions closed at asking price
• 58.8% of Buyers transactions closed under asking price (with major negotiated price
  reductions of $999,000 and $350,000)
• 23.5% of Buyers transactions closed at asking price
• 17.7% of Buyers transactions closed above asking price
