He consistently ranked as one of the highest producers at each of his assignments.  During this time in the fashion, Otto built his clientele and honed his skills in marketing, sales presentation development, promotion, social media communications and client relations -- all essential for an effective realtor.  Otto is a gourmet cook and has been a resident of the Hancock Park/Larchmont Village neighborhood for over 20 years.  He has excellent knowledge of the local community, but represents buyers and sellers in the wider Los Angeles area.  Otto is approachable and affable, but a shrewd negotiator and advocate for his clients.
