Hedda's story is unique.

Hedda Muskat is a Two-Time Emmy Award Winning Producer from the Ellen DeGeneres Show, a WGA Writer and the original Talent Producer from America's Got Talent. While working on Ellen, Hedda produced culinary, lifestyle and musical segments.
Her specialty was finding the most unique and compelling people and stories. Everyone wants their moment of fame, and for over 20 years Hedda has ensured that their stories were delivered with minimal embarrassment and humiliation.

Her producing credits include Judge Judy's "Hot Bench", "Jimmy Kimmel Live", "A Current Affair", "America's Got Talent", "Dr. Phil", "Judge Alex", "Cristina's Court" "Moral Court" with Larry Elder. She also did consulting work on "Divorce Court" revealing her secrets on how she found passionate litigants to book on the show. While producing A.M. Los Angeles she booked superstar authors in the area of finance and real estate and one of these real estate guru's hired her to produce their late night infomercials.

As the creator of the Real Estate Infomercial format of the 90's, Hedda learned not only how to produce successful Direct Response programing but how to put those "no money down" teachings to the test. She learned what worked and what was misleading to the public. The reality was, the informercials were very misleading and didn't fully teach people the in's and out's of real estate investing.

Real Estate investing has been a passion of hers for over 30 years because working in the entertainment industry offered no security. She wants to leave her daughter something more than just her list of credits and her Beanie Baby collection.

After buying her first house using a credit card advance for her down payment she is very transparent in sharing her real estate investment experiences. But she did learn on her own what did work and that led to a 35+ year successful journey buying, renting and selling her own residential income properties. From single family homes, to building 3 houses, owning a 36 unit apartment building and duplex's, Hedda oversaw the vendors, staging, tenants personally.

She's an author of dating books based on her days writing for the hit TV show, "Love Connection" and now writes a real estate column for Medium.com

In Oct. 2019 Hedda was sworn in by the Los Angeles County Clerk as a Notary Public. She's the founder of "Above the Line Notarial Services" serving the Los Angeles community 24/7. She became a notary after working for television court shows and saw how important it was to maintain the authenticity of one's signature and protect that persons identity. She notarizes documents now for industry people, and her neighbors.

Her YouTube Channel is now getting about 65,000 views every few months and is dedicated to Real Estate. Her passion and drive to help others achieve their real estate goals, from getting top dollar for their properties, to finding them a temporary lease, relocation, downsizing, first time home buyers, comes from her own personal success in all these arena's.
