Honesty, Ethics, and Communication. Selling and buying real estate, whether its your home or as an investment, is one of the most stressful and biggest decisions in life. I want to be there with you 200%, to make it as easy, as problem free, as exciting and pleasant an experience as possible! Having a real estate agent who puts your interests before her own is important. My number (1) one goal is to be sure you are well represented, consulted, and informed throughout the entire process. I want to keep it as smooth and easy as possible. I want to understand your goals and objectives and create an individualized strategic plan to achieve them in a manner that feels good to you. I will provide you with relevant and timely information so you will feel comfortable making informed decisions. I feel honored to be entrusted with the process of selling or finding the right home or property for you.

Education and Training
I have had a Real Estate Broker's License for approximately (8) eight years. I am also a licensed California Attorney with over 15 years of experience, in litigation and transactional matters. I believe my education and training will prove to be invaluable asset to you.

Community Involvement
I have been very involved in the community for over 20 years. At the present time, I spend time volunteering at my children's elementary school and the Northeast Los Angeles Business Leaders Association. I have been on the Board of Directors of various civil rights and community organizations, including the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association, the Asian Pacific American Labor Alliance, LA Commons, Southern California Library, and the LA Chinatown BID. I also volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and Amnesty International.

Personal Background
I believe in living life with integrity, enthusiasm and passion. I have two children, age 5 and 7, that I am very proud of! My personal hobbies are art, reading, hiking, and just generally absorbing global pop culture. I love to track trends, and forecast what we will be eating, thinking, desiring, and believing, and where (geographically) those activities will be taking place. I am very interested in what will happen to Los Angeles as an urban and suburban home to millions of people, where the best real estate investments are, where and how many people will be moving to the city, and how to maintain the quality of life here.
