My listing clients turn to me to help them sell their homes because I strive to find the shortest and most cost-effective path to preparing their home for sale. From simple things like moving furniture and opening up space, to more challenging projects requiring oversight of multiple contractors, I enjoy rolling up my sleeves and lending a hand.

As Your Buying Agent

As a buying agent, I specialize in helping my clients find their dream home - the property they know is out there, made especially for them, but they haven't yet seen. Whether my client is buying their first home or purchasing an investment property, seeking relocation or looking for the perfect place to retire, I strive to find that ideal place. I guide them through every step, beginning with the process of searching and locating properties through inspections and close of escrow.

Area Expertise

Having lived and raised a family in Southern California (split between the Temecula/Murrieta and Orange County areas) for nearly 30 years, I know my markets and neighborhoods, school districts, base tax rates and areas with special assessments. This experience and intimate market knowledge enables me to help my clients receive the greatest returns on their real estate investments.
