Gigi entered the industry in 1986. For over 12 years she has dedicated herself to the La Jolla and San Diego real estate market, where she was born and raised.Having spent most of her life in La Jolla she has amassed massive information about the area. Gigi was a commercial real estate agent in San Diego for 13 years specializing in commercial, industrial and retail space. Her first year, she was named rookie of the year in San Diego county. With prior experience of providing strategic leadership to 12 employees, Gigi demonstrated her mastery in both commercial and residential sales and leasing.She also has special experience in property management which she held responsible for tracking performance, resolving customer and public concerns and ensuring attainment of anticipated resumes of over 1,000,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial space. In 2012, Gigi entered the Residential Sales arena in La Jolla where she currently works as a Global Luxury Specialist with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
