Anni began her commercial real estate career in 2001 as an advisor at Sperry Van Ness in their UTC office. She joined ACI in 2004 and later became a Partner at Coldwell Banker Commercial. Before starting in commercial real estate sales, Anni worked at a Los Angeles law firm where she learned the basic principles of how real estate transactions are negotiated and finalized. She also worked as an Investment Property Manager in Beverly Hills where she handled high end leasing and tenant negotiations for multi-family and retail properties.
