In this current real estate market, there are always opportunities. I have many past sales awards ( Vice President's Club, New Product High sales, Top Volume Territory, Leadership, Teamwork and Presentation Skills awards) with Procter and Gamble and Merck & Co. Inc. Both Fortune 500 Companies with top training programs, I have learned from strong leaders with high standards. I completed my MBA at Pepperdine while working at Procter & Gamble full time.

I am very involved in my community as well. I just completed my 2 year term as PTA President at Alderwood Elementary School in Quail Hill in Irvine, co-founded an Irvine Swim League summer swim team with my husband so our local swimmers would have a home team to be a part of and have been team mom for soccer, baseball and our children's classrooms.

Personal Background

Born in California, I have lived here for over 25 years. I love Orange County and reside in Irvine's Quail HIll Community. I am active in PTA, our Irvine Swim League, and many youth sports programs.

Rachel's Background
Currently an eight year resident of Quail Hill and past PTA President of Alderwood Elementary, Rachel brings a true enthusiasm to the neighborhood. She has a passion for real estate, keeping the community full of great families, and organizing fun community activities. She and her husband, Doug, founded the Quail Hill Swim Team four years ago and the Holiday Lights Contest three years ago. She has a strong business background with an MBA from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. She enjoyed a very successful corporate background with Proctor & Gamble, and pharmaceutical sales with Merck & Co. in Orange County. She is returning to her passion of real estate now that all three of her children are in school full- time.
