When we were relocating out of the Sacramento area just this past month we did not hesitate to use them again. Tori Leicht came very highly recommended to my husband and I back in 2005. At that time, we interviewed 3 top realtors and chose the Tori and Toni team based on their professionalism, experience, and knowledge. We made the right choice and now are clients for life!

In the 11 years since then, we have sold 2 homes (Laguna and Wilton) with Tori and Toni, and bought one (Wilton). We live in Texas now, and recently sold our CA rental property/home from out of state. Tori and Toni were invaluable! Not only did they go way above and beyond to make it a seamless experience, but they always made us feel like we were their only customers.

Tori met repair people at our house, sent us detailed pictures of every room in the house and highlighted areas which needed repairs. She found a carpet replacement company and an interim pool guy, replaced light bulbs, installed a carbon monoxide detector, and the list goes on- all without even having to be asked. She saw what needed to be done, and just took care of it! Among other things, Toni staged our house beautifully and was ready and willing to explain all of the real estate documents we needed to sign. TNT is an amazing team!
