As a California licensed Realtor specializing in residential properties, you can expect me to abide by the Code of Ethics established by the California Association of Realtors. I am committed to providing you with excellent service.
According to the requirements of the California Department of Real Estate for real estate salespersons, I have completed courses in California Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practices, and Escrow Principles and Practices. In addition I have completed a course in Short Sales. Recently, I completed a 45-hour course to maintain my up-to-date knowledge of the laws and practices of real estate.
I have lived in the El Dorado Hills area for the last twenty one years and I know the neighborhoods, the shopping, the services, and the best places to walk my Golden Retriver! I was born and raised in California, but I have traveled throughout the states. My grandchildren play soccer and I never miss a game. We love the great schools in our community and I am proud to call El Dorado Hills home.

Personal Background

Born in California then moved to Texas until I was six years old then back to California to date. I lived out in the country about 12 miles from town and went to a little country grammar school. Went to high school in town and road the bus both ways. I am married to the same man for 50 years and it is great.

I serve all of Northern California, however I work most of my time in El Dorado County and Sacramento County.
