Jo-Ann has been licensed since 1976 and has actively been selling for 26 years.Jo-Ann Joined coldwell banker in 1978 and has won almost every award the company has to offer.
Jo-Ann has built 10 spec homes and is considered an expert in real estate in Contra Costa County.

Personal Background
Jo-Ann is actively involved in her community. She is an officer in The Greater East Bay Jewish Federation, a board member of Temple Isaiah, and a member of her architectural review committee's home owners association. Jo-Ann is married to Dr. Arnold Jacobson and has two grown children, one is a physician and the other is an attorney. The love of her life is her darling granddaughter EMMA.
