Biography

Denise is a native Kentuckian who migrated to Malibu over 25 years ago because of her deep appreciation for the topography and casual aesthetic of southern California. Her passion for architecture and design was born in Malibu, when an early stint assisting a real estate developer offered her the opportunity to explore the evolution of residential property.

Later as a designer working with developers in Venice and Hollywood, her residential projects were described as innovative and refined and her work consistently increased the company’s return on investment. Her understanding of visual constructs, combined with her dedicated, honest and collaborative personality made real estate a natural progression.

Denise is a realtor specializing in the Westside of Los Angeles and the Hollywood Hills. She is an agent with design sensibilities and capabilities, assisting sellers in refining, styling and staging their homes to appeal to the most discriminate buyer. Her priority is providing concierge customer service and guidance with integrity and commitment.

Denise has mentored at-risk kids for SFK (Success For Kids) and is a supporter of Planet Hope.
