About Erica Blue Kloehn

Listening to her clients individual needs is Erica's first priority, and it is with your best interest in mind she will work hard to make your real estate goals a success.

Erica received her Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College in Dance, Theater and Child Development. After college she lived in Europe and Asia before finally landing in the Bay Area. She first worked at Children's Fairyland as the Good Fairy Granting wishes and running the Children's Theater Department. Soon after arriving in the Bay Area she bought her first home.

Our then Land Lady, we called her our Land Goddess, helped us buy our first home. She went in 50/50 with us and walked us through the entire process. Her knowledge help us established ourselves here in the Bay Area. It is in this spirit that I dedicate my efforts to helping my clients find a home of their own.
