Hello, my name is David Kittner and I’m a seasoned Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker with two primary passions: listing and selling properties and helping people. Never one to thrive in a work behind a desk type setting, I was naturally drawn to real estate years ago for the opportunity to work with people directly and thus making a greater impact in their lives.

Over the course of three decades, I have garnered extensive hands on expertise in virtually all facets of the industry. From residential real estate, custom homebuilding (for 10 years), to lending and my in-depth background as a real estate lawyer, I’ve gained the multifaceted skill set necessary to ensure a truly hassle-free transaction from list to close. Additionally, my negotiation aptitude enables me to sell my clients’ properties for top dollar.
