Jane and Al Andersen began their real estate careers in 2004. Prior to becoming REALTORS®, they excelled in private industry for 25 years. Al excelled as a Business Development Manager and Regional Consultant for various high tech companies including IBM and EMC. Jane specialized in Human Resource Development, starting her own Training and Development Company and later worked internationally as a Senior Consultant to a Leadership Development Company headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Together, they comprise an elite, top producing real estate team and are multi-million-dollar sales agents, licensed in Arizona with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. They’ve held the #1 Luxury Agent title for Ocotillo/Chandler since 2015.
In addition to her sales ability, Jane became a licensed Associate Broker in 2010, using her expertise to consult with clients on various market conditions, strategies and client concerns. She also specializes in interior design, staging and is a Feng Shui practitioner. Al’s expertise in managing large projects lead him to specialize in contracts, financials, inspections and appraisal issues. He is astute with numbers, market comparisons and home values. Together, they make a very dynamic team!
Their tenure in real estate has allowed them to expand their innovation and creativity skills. They were the first agents to partner with the Southwest Section PGA on over 340 golf courses and broadcast the 1st Golf and Real Estate Radio Show on the internet. They also started the first GRN University with a training program for agents wanting to learn the golf and luxury lifestyle. Their customer-driven focus along with their professionalism, industry knowledge and positive attitudes have allowed them to create loyal and happy clients for life!
The couple live, work and play in the master planned community of Ocotillo in Chandler, AZ with their 3 Schnauzers: Rudy, Jack and Sophie. They also travel back and forth to their beloved Sedona and have plans to offer real estate services in this part of Arizona in the future.
