Kat began her profession in real estate in 1993 in Denver. She has spent her career providing outstanding 
customer service, while making her clients’ dreams of home ownership come true. Kat began in new-home 
sales assisting first-time home buyers, and worked her way up to manage a $100M semi-custom development 
in the Denver Tech Center. Her knowledge and expertise allows her to provide her clients the highest level 
of service and professionalism. 

Kat represents buyers and sellers in every price range throughout Denver and the Front Range, including 
but not limited to, Cherry Creek, Cory-Merrill, Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village, Sloans Lake,
