Before delving into real estate, Laurie, a member of the Screen Actors' Guild, worked in 32 feature films T.V., Including "The Streets of San Francisco."

She joined the Coldwell Banker Lakeside office in April 2015, but began her real estate career in 1975, having worked at Cameron-Jones Realtors Pacific Union/Christies selling the property of San Francisco. Working 40 years in real estate, she combines experience with great resources makes certain her clients come first. She is very detail oriented a keen negotiator. Most of her clients are repeat or referral.

Taking an interest in all the concerns of the districts West of Twin Peaks, Laurie was President of the "West of Twin Peaks Council."

She served on then San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom's transition team, working on the environmental committee.

She remains has been on the Lakeside Property Owners' Association Board for 18 years, having served as President Vice President.

An animal lover Laurie is a member of the San Francisco S.P.C.A.'s Legacy Society.
