She is a real estate agent at the Coldwell Banker United office in The Woodlands, TX. Her attention to detail, constant communication, and knowledge of the real estate market will benefit you! Her enthusiastic outlook and motivation shows in her work.

Stephanie has set up roots here in Texas after living in different states as well as overseas. She knows how challenging it is to move and how important it is to find the right home. Her experience growing up in a military family taught her how to adapt quicker and the need for support when moving. She used these lessons when she started moving around with her own family. She has carried this knowledge over to her real estate business when helping clients.  Her and her husband of 26 years have 4 children that have all attended/attend The Woodlands schools.  She is a proud mom of a Texas A&M graduate, go Aggies!  Her family time consists of RV'ing (exploring Texas and beyond), supporting her daughters in Special Olympics, and playing the piano.

Stephanie is part of the Morales Home Team at Coldwell Banker United, one of the top producing teams for Coldwell Banker United, Houston. She attended the University of Florida and Florida Atlantic University where she earned her BS in Criminal Justice. Some of her previous jobs have included the Stafford County Public Schools and the Department of State while living overseas in Panama.
