Paola’s real estate journey began with a personal investment. She acquired 11 acres in Dripping Springs, TX, and built a successful, 11-unit short-term rental business. She quickly realized there was a lack of support for buyers, sellers, and investors on the nuances of dealing with unique/rural properties and short-term rentals, as well as a general lack of support beyond the closing table. She also understands the importance of people owning real estate as a means to build wealth and knows that having a strategic realtor is a huge advantage in a real estate deal. This inspired her to get into real estate. She prides herself in always adding value, going above and beyond “the standard” to deliver an exceptional experience. Paola leads her clients through transactions by always looking out for their best interests and guiding them. She leverages her strong skills in communications/marketing, customer service, and business, while also sharing tools and resources from her wide network to help ease the tensions of real estate ownership. She will work tirelessly to find her buyers hidden gems and help her sellers get top dollar for their property.

She is a native Texan fluent in both Spanish and English. She was born in San Antonio, TX, raised in The Woodlands, TX, and later moved to Austin, TX where she studied Public Relations and Business at The University of Texas at Austin. While she enjoyed city living, she fell in love with a slower pace of life outside of the city limits in Dripping Springs, TX, where she currently lives with her husband, Chad, and their GSP bird dog, Mercer. Beyond real estate, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, the outdoors, health and wellness, DIYing various home projects, homesteading, supporting local businesses, and traveling– usually to her home away from home, San Miguel de Allende, GTO, MX.
