Joanna Cox brings to our team a wealth of diverse experience in the real estate industry. Over her 40 year career span, the last 26 years spent with Coldwell Banker Realty, she has worked both buyers and sellers with special emphasis on counseling first time home buyers on the home buying process, new construction, homeowners who want to downsize, and multi-generational families. She is part of our relocation team assisting families in the Greater Cincinnati area find their dream home and helping others relocate outside of the area for a job change or retiring to a new city.

Joanna has served in many leadership roles with the HFO Board of Realtors – currently known as the Butler Warren Area Board of Realtors and a member of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors.

She has two grown children and two grandchildren. In her spare time, Joanna enjoys golf, tennis, soccer and supports various local charities including Habitat for Humanity and Relay for Life.
