When a job change (just before Thanksgiving!) required a sudden move, we were completely unprepared to sell our home and our stress level was high when we met with Kara the first time. She managed to put us at ease with her calm, professional demeanor. She was remarkably knowledgeable of the area and the current market. We were fairly inexperienced in a sale that involved a relocation company, but Kara was very familiar with the process and was invaluable as she guided us through it and patiently answered all of our questions.

Considering the time of year we were listing, combined with the fact that our house is somewhat unique; we didn’t anticipate a quick sale and were braced for a lengthy ordeal and/or a much lower price than we had hoped.
