Jessica "Cookie" Riendeau, an Atlanta native, boasts an impressive Real Estate career of 30+ years. Her family legacy includes grandfather George Carpenter Jones, a founder and first President of Ansley Golf Club and her Great Uncle, Bobby Jones, one of the greatest known golfers of all time. As a young adult, Cookie got the "bug" that started while working at the Minneapolis Housing Redevelopment Authority, then continuing her career with Transamerica Title, W.E. Roose Escrow, Townsgate Escrow and her own Escrow Company, Michael Thomas Escrow, ( named after her two sons) in Westlake Village, California for 19 years.  And, as a Real Estate Broker serving Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, Cookie brings a wealth of knowledge to her Atlanta clients by utilizing the skills developed from her experience in the Real Estate Industry and building and renovating houses.  And, having returned “Home” to Atlanta, her Real Estate Career has blossomed to provide the fulfillment she seeks by helping others. Having honed tremendous problem-solving skills, working through 2 recessions, and the handling of thousands of transactions,  her attention to detail, in every aspect of her business, has well served both new and loyal clients.  In addition to working with Buyers and Sellers and Investors, Cookie is an IRS 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange Specialist.
