I became a realtor because when my husband and I were shopping for homes, it was difficult to get realtors to answer their phone! My husband and I moved 7 times in 9 years and needed realtors quite a few times and we wanted a responsive realtor. My friends used to tease me and tell me I needed to open a moving company because I became so good at packing us up. I decided when we settle in one spot I would become a realtor that would put my customers needs above my own. I have been a professional full time realtor in the Central Florida area since 1999. I take my customers need for real estate very seriously. I'm diligent, hard working, resourceful and tenacious. One of my specialties is in bringing difficult situations to fruition. I truly enjoy the hunt for the right home and my goal is always to fulfill my customers search for their next dream home in the shortest possible time frame and at the best price possible. I am a realtor that continues to work on all aspects of the contract process to ensure that it happens in a timely manner, providing a stress free transaction for my buyer and seller. I believe that buying and selling a home should be a rewarding time and I want my customers to look back on their involvement with me as a rewarding and professional experience, so when their friends and family are ready to buy or sell a home, my name will be at the top of their list. I believe my most valuable asset is my reputation, and I am mindful of that each and every day and guide myself accordingly.
