Personal Background

Delbert and his wife, Rhonda have two children. Allison who currently works and lives in Orange County , and James who just passed the Bar, and is practicing in St. Paul. He is also an Officer in the Navy Reserve. James was married in 2015. Delbert has been licensed since 1986,and has been successfully helping people with their real-estate needs full time for 30 years. Delbert is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), A graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) a E-pro , Member of the Two Million Dollar Month Club And a Member of the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors, where he serves of the Government Affairs Committee. Delbert has been Nominated as "Super Realtor" by Twin Cities Business, and Mpls St. Paul Magazines from 2009-2016. What he thinks all this means to you, is that he knows Real-estate, and how to best guide you with your needs either as a seller, or buyer. He has a relaxed style, is a good listener, as well as able to ask intuitive questions . Delbert has been involved in owning investment property since 1977 as well as a homeowner since 1981. Delbert and his family have been residents of West Bloomington since 1990. When Delbert finds time away from Real Estate, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and travel.
