Being a Realtor here is something that I have trained for almost my whole life. My experience in real estate started in my pre-teens in Ohio helping my Grandfather flip farm houses long before 'flipping' was a thing. It carried on with my parents purchasing homes that we restored along with my three siblings, including a century home we rehabbed that was also home through my High School years.

While my wife, Linda, has been a Realtor for most of her life, I continued to purchase homes for rehab and mixed in working with developers on homes I had built.

After attending the University of Dayton my professional career led me into the heavy diesel industry with a supplier to Cummins Engine Co., Caterpillar and John Deere. That led to me starting my own logistics company which I ran for eighteen years. Through those years working on real estate has always remained a passion.

When we moved to Florida four years ago it was with the idea that I would join Linda in the real estate profession. Being able to join my passion for real estate and my love of the Suncoast with people looking to make this their home or for those looking to sell...well, it just can't get better than that!
