I've been licensed since November 2002 and with Coldwell Banker Realty - Gundaker since then.

My goal is to approach each client with the idea of helping them solve a problem or achieve a goal with residential real estate.  I'm about the quality of service, not just the quantity of sales made. With that said, I invest in training and education beyond the mandatory continuing education to help your transaction go smoothly. Furthermore, I employ systems to guide you through the buying and selling  process.  So, you will always know what is going on with your deal. That’s what you want, Right?

It all starts with a consultation to help you, understand the local market conditions, negotiate the paperwork, manage the deadlines and make the connections to close the transaction. Does this sound good to you? Great! I thought it would.

A real estate transaction can be the largest transactions of your life. It is my fiduciary responsibility to act in your best interest.  To me, you’re a person, a couple, a family, NOT just another deal. My real estate license allows me to help people buy and sell anywhere in Missouri. Let’s be real, that’s a lot of area to cover! So, I focused in on the St. Louis, MO area, doable, still very big though. I concentrate my efforts where I live, work and play, Jefferson County and St. Louis South County. Here I stay informed about happenings in Arnold, Fenton and nearby Oakville, Imperial, and Mehlville. Can I assist you outside of this area? Yes, why Yes I can.
